Brewing Guide
The standard brewing ratio of coffee is 1:16.67. This means that for every 1g of ground coffee will need 16.67 mL of water.
A cup of water is equivalent to 250mL. Therefore, to have a cup of coffee will require 15g of ground coffee bean. The ratio can be increased or decreased depending on your taste.
There isn't really right or wrong. Any ratio will work well, as long as you can enjoy your cup of coffee
Espresso
1. Grind size - Fine to Medium-Fine
2. Quantity - 8-9 grams of ground beans
3. Volume - 25-30 mL of water
4. Temperature - 90 Celcius +/- 2 Celcius
5. Pressure - 9 Bar +/- 0.5 Bar
6. Brew Time - 25 sec - 30 sec
7. Increase amount to your taste.
8. Enjoy!
V60
1. Grind size - Medium Coarse to Medium-Fine
2. Quantity - 13 grams of ground beans (1:15 ratio)
3. Volume - 195 mL of water (1:15 ratio)
4. Temperature - 90 Celcius +/- 2 Celcius
6. Brew Time - 2 min - 2.5 min
7. Increase amount to your taste.
8. Enjoy!
Moka Pot
1. Grind size - Fine to Medium-Fine
2. Quantity - 13 grams of ground beans (1:17 ratio)
3. Volume - 217 mL of water (1:17 ratio)
4. Temperature - 90 Celcius +/- 2 Celcius
6. Brew Time - 3 min - 6 min
7. Increase amount to your taste.
8. Enjoy!
French Press
1. Grind size - Medium Coarse to Coarse
2. Quantity - 13 grams of ground beans (1:10 ratio)
3. Volume - 130 mL of water (1:10 ratio)
4. Temperature - 90 Celcius +/- 2 Celcius
6. Brew Time - 4 min
7. Place the coffee to cup as soon as it passes the 4 minute mark
8. Increase amount to your taste.

Vietnam Drip
1. Grind size - Medium to Medium-Coarse
2. Place ground to pot, brew with 20mL of water for 20 seconds for blooming phase; Then pour all the water and put the lid on
3. Quantity - 13 grams of ground beans (1:12 ratio)
4. Volume - 156 mL of water (1:12 ratio)
5. Temperature - 90 Celcius +/- 2 Celcius
6. Brew Time - 4 min - 5 min
7. Increase amount to your taste.
8. Enjoy!
Aeropress
1. Grind size - Fine to Medium-Fine
2. Quantity - 13 grams of ground beans (1:12 ratio)
3. Volume - 156 mL of water (1:12 ratio)
4. Temperature - 75 Celcius - 80 Celcius
